Tour Terms & Conditions - they are only short so do please read them.

Tours are paid for in advance. Early booking discount  and/or extras is applied to them, but this will not appear in the automatic pages, but will be shown clearly in your manual eConfirmation. If you cancel a booking up to 30 days in advance you receive an 75% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 10 days before the tour receive a 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within ten days of the tour or are not at the organised departure or pick-up point, but we may give a discretionary partial refund up to 50% if there are compelling circumstances (i.e. force majeure) or if we were able to re-sell the day.  If we have to cancel a tour you receive a full refund of the amount paid and that is the extent of our obligation. Food, accommodation, admissions and boat trips are not included in the price of the tour. Ferries to and from the islands on two-day tours are included. Allow around £45 for the ferry on the A03ii tour and £110 for the three ferries on the A08 tour.  If anything is unclear call us first on 01456-450168 or 44-1456-450168 from outside the UK. It should be noted that holiday insurance should cover you for any unforeseen circumstances, like illness or delays causing you to miss your tour. Check with your insurance provider.

We accept no liability for any arrangements made by you under our share-a-tour scheme. If you are booking individual seats under the share-a-tour scheme there is no refund if you later cancel these seats. Also we will charge you £10 per extra passenger carried under this scheme.

In the case of breakdown, unexpected road closures or any similar events we will do everything within our power to complete your tour or return you to your point of departure. Our liability for costs or inconvenience if we fail to complete a tour on time is limited to the total value of the tour purchased.

Passenger numbers. Note that there are additional charges as follows:

Up to six passengers included in the normal price. One passenger using the central seat in the middle row. Groups of seven or eight are charged a supplement of £140 (£420 in July or August)

Making a booking signifies acceptance of all of the above conditions.
