We do not sell individual seats for tours
except if listed above in green. [If there are no tours shown in green here then there are currently no individual seats on offer.] Our tours are normally
exclusive so please do not contact us asking if you can book a single seat on a
tour. Either choose one of the tours highlighted in
green above or
you need to book the tour yourself and then ask us to offer the remaining seats
to other passengers. There is no other way to share our tours, sorry.
Save money - invite additional passengers to join you if you are
booking four seats or fewer on an all day tour.
First book your exclusive tour then tell us you would like to
offer seats to others and we will list your tour in our Calendar page (see
top index). There is no guarantee that any seats will be sold, but
if you provide enough time there is a good chance.
Please also note that once someone joins your tour you will no
longer be able to cancel the tour. We set a seat price at approximately 30% of
the full price of the tour . When this is paid £30 is retained for admin and
extra work for the guide and the remainder is refunded to your card i.e. if the
seat is £80 you get £50 refunded.
There is no restriction on which tour is shared so you
can share a tour to Loch Ness, or
Fort William, or the Isle of Skye or
even the northern Highlands, but bear in mind that the
more obscure tours are harder to fill up. For administrative purposes
the extra passengers are considered to be your guests.
The party booking the tour has first choice of seats and
makes any optional decisions during the day. We can never guarantee to sell
any seats, but if you give us long enough and it is a popular tour then
there is a good chance.
