Five Stars being "World Class" for its category; four stars being "Excellent"; three stars being "Good"; two stars being "Above Average" and one star being "Acceptable". Just because a property is ungraded does not mean that it is not of a high standard. Sometimes properties are ungraded after changing ownership. Some properties are ungraded because their owners do not wish to join the local tourist board or submit to the grading and classifications scheme. The Webmaster would always encourage accommodation providers to join the scheme, but it is not compulsory.
